More than 40 gastronomy and hotel management professionals work in the kitchen and in the dining room of El Trull Restaurant. Our chef, together with the rest of cooks, and waiters will be in charge of making your experience in our restaurant as you like.
El Trull dining room has a private and warm atmosphere, perfect to enjoy our menu or our seasonal special menus. If you prefer it, we also offer halls and private rooms for meetings and private celebrations.
At summer you can taste our cuisine at the shade of the FIG TREE that dominates our terrace since 1968, sharing its history with the restaurant one, and being specially valued by clients and El Trull staff. Its fruits are used in our kitchen during the month of september.
Our cuisine is mainly supplied by the Girona coast fishing, especially the fish market of Llançà, Port de la Selva, Palamós and Blanes. We have fish and shellfish hatcheries which guarantee an exceptional culinary quality all year long.
